This hotel was a pleasant surprise for me! The rooms are great with a nice balcony, tidy, and a decent size. It wasn't booked by either Booking.com OR OYO, making me feel very secure during my stay. The service was top-notch - the staff was extremely helpful, very welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure nothing was too much trouble, making me want to book here again and again. The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes from town, near the nightlife areas but not noisy. The dining experience was good with several different set breakfasts offered, and the facilities were up to par. However, I did find the price a bit on the higher side for what was on the food menu.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was excellent, close to Pattaya but quiet at night. The rooms were not ready upon arrival and appeared very dirty, which was disappointing. The dining experience was delicious and plentiful, overlooking the pool. Despite some drawbacks, the service was punctual and really friendly, making my stay enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were good, with A/C, TV, kettle, and free coffee and tea bags - perfect to relax after a long, tiring day. The location was not fantastic but good enough for me, not far from Thai restaurants and bars. The dining experience was quite good with excellent service from Rose. Overall, a lovely and clean hotel with friendly and helpful service.
